Entry Fees: £16 Affiliated, £18 Unattached, Entry on day £20. East Hoathly resident pre-entry fee £10. (East Hoathly Resident Pre-Entry Discount - Paper Entry Only. Entry form available from Race Director Stuart Mills E-mail to Race Director, or from East Hoathly Village Store).
Online entries are available via the SportSystems website.
Online Entries have now closed, but On The Day Entries are available between 9:30am - 10:30am at Chiddingly Village Hall, located 80 metres from the start line, in Church Lane, Chiddingly, BN8 6HE. Our race entry limit is 330 entries. At the close of online entries we have 295 entries. Each year we typically have between 20 - 30 runners that enter on the day, so based on previous year's statistics we should be able to accommodate all runners that wish to run the Kings Head canter 5K. Great news for everyone involved.Closing date for online entries at SportSystems is Wednesday 26th August 2026, or once the entry limit of 330 has been reached.
On the day entries are accepted at Chiddingly Village Hall between 9:30 - 10:30 am, (if entries still available). However, on the day entry is £20. So cheaper for you, and easier for us, if you enter in advance. Thanks.
We are not sending out race numbers in the post. Therefore, you are required to pick up your race number on the morning of the race, from Chiddingly Village Hall between 9:30 - 10:40 am. Chiddingly Village Hall is located at the start line.
Entries are taken up until 10:30 am on the day, however there is a race limit of 330, so to be sure of an entry we recommend entering before the closing date of Wednesday 26th August 2026.
