Entries can be made by post, click HERE for a printable Entry Form. Please enclose a S.A.E. with your postal entry. Closing date for postal entries is Monday 18th August 2008.

Entries can also be made online through the Runners World website. (Runners World charges a fee of £1.50 for online entries.)

Fees £6 affiliated, £8 unattached, entry on day + £2.

Entries are taken up until 10:30 am on the day, however there is a race limit of 250, so to be sure of an entry we recommend entering before the postal closing date of Monday 18th August 2008.
