Entry Fees: £14 Affiliated, £16 Unattached, Entry on day £18. East Hoathly resident pre-entry fee £10. (East Hoathly Resident Pre-Entry Discount - Paper Entry Only. Entry form available from Race Director Stuart Mills E-mail to Race Director, or from East Hoathly Village Store).

Online entries are available via the SportSystems website.

Closing date for online entries at SportSystems is Wednesday 20th August 2025, or once the entry limit of 298 has been reached.

On the day entries are accepted at Chiddingly Village Hall between 9:30 - 10:30 am, (if entries still available). However, on the day entry is £18. So cheaper for you, and easier for us, if you enter in advance. Thanks.

We are not sending out race numbers in the post. Therefore, you are required to pick up your race number on the morning of the race, from Chiddingly Village Hall between 9:30 - 10:40 am. Chiddingly Village Hall is located at the start line.

Entries are taken up until 10:30 am on the day, however there is a race limit of 298, so to be sure of an entry we recommend entering before the closing date of Wednesday 20th August 2025.
